Guðrún Eva MÃÂnervudóttir studied philosophy at the University of Iceland, and has published both fiction and poetry. In 2012, she was awarded the Icelandic Literary Prize for ‘Allt með kossi vekur’ (‘Everything is Woken With a Kiss’). She lives in Reykjavik with her husband, film maker Marteinn Thorsson.
