The year is 2014 + I am happy :)
+ today I am sending emails to all of my colleagues!
I have learnt how to be happy, as happy as a mountain range
that nuzzles soft lakes, as happy as a hot municipality
or a TV interviewing walls, happy as a new car
park, a car park simmered in a nest of fumes. I truly
Like this age of ergonomic skies, skies extending
over pleasant mountain ranges + ordered lakes,
comfortable + affordable air travel in reclining seats;
skies which are the facsimiles of Sprite logos
where easy shoals of Boeings make me happy, the sun
a bursting lemon promising refreshment. The world
is singing out of this computer screen [a MacBook
Pro: the new mobile creative powerhouse!],
singing into all the corners of the breathing
room, the hard drives + the monitors, the perfect
windowsills. So let us be happy + email
our colleagues forever, as the brave white clouds
of the brave little sky plug into one another.
